Brake pads are an important component of vehicle safety, directly related to the driver's driving safety. The inspection equipment for brake pads plays a key role in the development of raw materials and quality monitoring, ensuring the quality and efficiency of product development.
Jinli Co., Ltd., as a professional friction material manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and service, always regards testing equipment as a key element in the R&D process.
Currently, the company has established a relatively complete physical and chemical laboratory and test bench center. At the same time, the company has purchased several test vehicles and equipped them with professional road test engineers, possessing comprehensive testing capabilities for various performance aspects of brake pads and complete vehicle road testing.
The company has introduced the LINK inertia test bench from America, which simulates various extreme pressures, high temperatures, and repeated fatigue braking to test the braking performance (AK-Master), thermal fading resistance (AMS, HFT), noise (SAE2521), wear (SAE2707), and wear on brake discs (USCT) of friction materials.
Currently, there are three inertia test benches in use by the company. Plans are in place to introduce four more inertia test benches, two of which will be delivered and installed by July 2024.
In the future, the company will continuously improve and update testing equipment, enhance professional levels, master core technologies, and strive to become a leading supplier of brake pads in the industry.
